[REQUESTS] [MANGA] [DEMIAN SYNDROME] [fan mix/fst: Once]

Mar 24, 2008 06:32

I made this fst for zupa_nic, since she sends me such lovely links to German music. :D It's an fst for Demain Syndrome, which only now I realise is sort of fitting, as that manga is licensed in German. Oh yay for coincidences. I can't believe I didn't realise that, or I would have done it on purpose. xD

exactly all it promises to be: a demian syndrome fst )

bleh, fst, demian syndrome, i'm the most masochistic dail-up user ev, zupa_nic, promises, terry/ryuuji, updates

How far are you? lol. And don't you know, the waiting is half the suspense. Or, it's all the suspense. How exciting, no? xD

Thank you for downloading!

Haha, well done. I liked how you chose a wide variety of music. ;) DS really does need a bigger fandom though, is there, like, even fanfiction for it? D:

And now that I think about it, DS really is cliched in every way, but the fact that the mangaka takes it slowly and fills it with realistic emotion is what sets it apart from all the other BL mangas about childhood friends in an all-boys school. Not to mention the fact that the uke isn't weepy or dumb, he's a hardheaded little playboy who's pretty tough.

Btw, some of your descriptions made me burst out laughing.
*cough* The two of them are instant girlfriends *cough*

Ha, no-one ever likes to listen to my mp3 player. All that crazy music. This FST scratches surface.

There will be fanfiction someday. If I get off my lazy arse. Heh. I tend to write fanfiction for very small groups of people now, so self-motivation's what gets me. xD And that it's hard to think of stuff besides character sketches. Heh....

Yeah, DS really stands out to me for some reason. I've been reading it for years without caring too much for it, but I always come back and reread it and it makes me happy. I can't say the same for the other series I was reading five years ago, so it's at least lasted this long.

That, and I have the a-little-more-talk-a-lot-less-action syndrome. I.e. Gorgeous Carat, anyone? Yeah. I get high on butterflies in my stomach. At least the Demian boys kiss. xD

How far are you read anyways (since this FST is a shamless, elaborate ploy to pull other DS readers to myself so's we can gab about it xD).

Thank you for downloading, and thinking my silly descriptions are funny. :D

I love Gorgeous Charat, it makes my feel happy inside but the random thing is I can't find Volume 2 anywhere so I have to read Volume 1, 3, and 4 over and over, bleh D ( ... )

Gorgeous Carat is awesome in that you spend the whole time chanting "kisskisskiss!" over and over, and every time they embrace you get louder "KISSKISSKISS~!" but then the mangaka is evil and they just share ackward glances. But, you fall for it every time. It's a good anticipation. The day I turn the page and they are there in full lip-smacking glory, I may just kneel over and die right then. My life will have been complete. xD ( ... )

I've heard of this manga (and its manga-ka), and I might've been contemplated to start reading it before... (Probably saw it on a scanlation group's site [have Storm in Heaven bookmarked] or somewhere like Manga Jouhou...)

I'm REALLY out of touch with manga and anime and vid games and etc though, so I can't remember. >__<;;;;
Seriously, I'm YEARS behind in everything, and not just stuff I can dl. It's embarrassing... =__=;;;;

Anyway, how long is this series, and is it complete yet?

Uh. I've been reading the scnslations on an off for...five years? It's still ongoing in Japan, and Storm in Heaven is trying to give the project away because all the grabby fangirls keep irritating them to scanlate faster or something. Apparently the manga-ka started working incredibly slow, and then SiH got irritated with the fans who complained and stopped scanlating it with any enthusiasm ( ... )
