Hi, I was just wondering, what exactly counts as a mascot? Would kidsyoyo or handmade pony bags be banned or would it need to be something that's an actual mascot with a name like milky-chan? Since there's no print on them it's kind of hard to tell where it stops being generic and starts being a replica :c

Hi! I think this will be handled on a case-to-case basis. AP has no copyright on all bags that are shaped like ponies, since they weren't the only ones and not the first ones to ever create a bag like this, but they have the copyright on their own special ponybag as far as I know, so if a bag is a *direct* replia where you can see that it was not a random pony modeling for the bag, but an actual AP bag, it won't be allowed. If it's just *a* pony and not *that* pony, it's okay.
Though I need to add that just because AP released a pony-shaped lolita bag, not every little child's bag that happens to be a stuffed pony with a zipper in the back will be accepted as a lolita bag to the community.

Hope this answers your question :)

Hi! Regarding older sales posts with replicas... may I link back to those if offering a trade? Also, if a replica dress has no print, logo or mascot but is pretty obviously a design from a brand, can't I sell those either? Thank you ^^
