I would wear the bejesus out of either of those coats. Although- black hat with a blue coat? I'd prefer they match. Also, I am sad you didn't ink out the breeches in the first drawing. Boystyles get no love.
The top right feels a bit cosplay-ish to me. By which I mean I think it's much better suited to 2 dimensions than to 3. I feel like in 3 dimensions it would get a bit bulky and the fabric wouldn't drape as nicely. Particularly at the top. Also, if I'm reading the details of the drawing correctly, its a very litteral interpretation of the "white rabbit", which is probabaly also contributing to that "cosplay" feeling.

I confess, I just dont quite "get" the 4th one. Its just not speaking to me. The motif and the form are saying two different things, and rather than the two statements combining in a way that I find thought-provoking, it just kind-of leaves me cold. But, I do think lolita needs an infusion of new icons and images, so yay for
