I really think that the flaws were to expect since the price, and if you had translated the auction then maybe you would have seen the seller mentioning them. Since you're rating the item's "quality", you should not decrease your rating because of the stains because when evaluating the quality, it has to be a new garment fresh from the shop or that you've used a few times, not a garment bought secondhand which may have flaws that are not mentioned by the seller. It seems more like you're rating the item's condition. Just a thought.

I use Chrome as a browser which gives me the option to translate the page and all I found about the condition was that "there are some feelings of wear", which from that I did anticipate that there might be some stains, but I didn't know what to expect in terms of staining. I just wish the seller showed them in pictures, that's all..
And thanks you're right, I guess "condition" was the word I was looking for instead of "quality".
