There was on option the But it Now instead of bidding so I did that because 1. No one was bidding on it and 2. The listing was ending very soon.

I contacted the Japonica Market shopping service Jan. 6 and they got to me a after a while hours later that day. I stated that I wanted to do an item hold request because I was sorting out some bank stuff at the same time, but there was some communication error because they sent me a Paypal invoice when they replied so...fine I paid for it just because the item was ending very, very soon and it seemed like a good price for it so didn't want to miss my chance to get it. Everything worked out so in the end it was fine.
They replied to me without me having to wait for very long and answered my questions. I'm blaming the communication on the language barrier.

The price was a bit steep for me, I didn't really know what to expect.
First invoice (deposit): 7067 yen (6800 yen item price + 267 yen Paypal fee) ($61.34 with Paypal's conversion rate: 1 USD = 115.2 JPY)
Second invoice: 3729 yen ($32.56)
(From Japonica):

+ EMS ~900g = 2220yen
- Deposit = -6800yen

After the item got to them and they sent me the invoice (paid immediately), they messaged me saying they shipped the item the same day (Jan. 15 my time, Jan. 16 their time).
The only shipping method was EMS and on their site it said I was the expect the item in 2-4 days. Well, Having had it shipped on Thursday Jan. 15 the soonest it would get to me would be Saturday the 17 (day 2) which it didn't. It didn't come on Sunday the 18 (day 3) because...
MLK Day was on Monday the 19 which USPS observed so no mail that day either. But it DID come the next day on Tuesday the 20, on the technical 4th day that it could have possibly be delivered and a signature was needed.

The packaging came in a box (I was sort of expecting a bag so it was a pleasant surprise).
The item part where put into clear, plastic bags, then bubble wrapped, then wrapped in paper.

Okay, shopping service aside, this is now a review of the seller (Peacesmile0912 浜田評価不要取引ナビから) of the item on Yahoo!Japan Auctions.
First and foremost this salopette set is supposed to come with the salopette and 2 bows (1 clip hair bow and 1 bow to hold the straps together like below, but I knew that they didn't have it because it wasn't shown in the listing so that's okay.
And it came un-ironed.
But the reason the item condition rating is 3.5/5 is because it has stains.
Item straight out of the packaging pictures:
There is a little hair (not mine) on the bow and a stain.. There were a few hairs here and there, but that doesn't count against the condition rating.

Little stain on front skirt in the middle of the print.
Another stain above the print logo and just below the skirt's waistband.
There is the stain previously mentioned and another little one ON the waistband, though it is quite hard to see in the picture.

All in all I'm not that upset about the stains because they're not too-too noticeable.
