Well, it is normal for some items from Bodyline to come before others. Bodyline packages, in my experience, usually take two months to get here (I live in the U.S too), depending on what it is. I don't really have an explanation for that, but it could be something to do with the weight because it's heavier? I would wait a little more, then contact Mr.Yan, and the post office again. It just takes patience. Hopefully your package isn't lost, and the best of luck to you with your packages.

Thank you very much, I plan on waiting as long as need to. I just wasn't sure how to handle it since this was my first time ordering from bodyline and I've never had this problem before. Others have told me that it may take that long and after my mom called and cursed out the postal company.(It wasn't because she was upset but more of, the person she was on the phone with got really snippy with her for no reason...maybe they were having a bad day) that they don't just lose packages and most likely it was stuck with other packages that just simply hadn't been shipped out to northern california yet. They also apologized for all the stress and drama because they were giving me wrong information by saying it was lost in the first place. They sent me an email saying sorry as well, because they should have never used the word LOST as much as, we just haven't sent those particular packages. They said there were 3 others so if anyone in northern california is waiting on a package from bodyline and it's taking a while, it may be with mine

Did you pay using paypal? If so I would just open a claim and get your money back. Paypal should side with you since you never got your package and Bodyline doesn't want to help by filing a report. You should probably open a claim soon though because I know buyer protection expires after a couple months.

Actually no I didn't, I just set up my paypal account recently because alot of Lolita shops use paypal so I was like BLARG fine! And now I have it.

The truth is that sometimes packages get lost. It is not extremely common but it happens. Like the person above me said, if you purchased through paypal, just open a claim as soon as you can and get your money back.

Hi if you do want to buy some brand pieces I've found some on LaceMarket and ppl on there do payment plans too, also recently I've been buying from closet child they are a secondhand brand store I just bought an Angelic Pretty dress on sale for $84 and it's almost brand new it was only a 2/5 star dress but had nothing wrong with it, their prices range depending on how new an item is and they put a lot of their stuff on sale after awhile to restock new items. They also have very fast shipping I got my dress within the same week I ordered, Right now I'm waiting on a ribbon bow headband from Baby to come in.

^_^ Thanks, I've been actually checking both places a BUNCH!! I've also been checking the Outlet part of BTSSB for cute dresses...but...everyone already purchased all the cute ones and they're sold out.

Yea sometimes you just have to keep checking back with them! I usually check every couple days to see what's new or reduced priced!

Actually, they don't do that much anymore I don't think. I got a busted skirt from them once, emailed politely asking to exchange it for a new one, and they made a big issue and told me to fix it myself. I opened a claim and got a full refund for the skirt, and am still able to order from them to this day. I used the same address at the time for quite a while, too.

That's what I was honestly afraid of. I didn't want them to be upset with me. But I'm glad they don't do that anymore because I'm sure they would hate me right now.
