How long has it been since they last contacted you? Also, do bear in mind that weekends generally do not count as part of the 10 working days for most Chinese companies.

Yesterday I received a mail from missyoyo that my package with shoes I ordered before the Chinese New Year has been shipped.
So they are definitely available at the moment.

But you should maybe know, that she told me that they can't send invoices. So I sent them the money instead to the adress they told me.

Did you go through ebay or paypal? With either, you can open a dispute. Did you use a credit card? With that, you can get your bank/credit union to force them to issue a refund ("chargeback").

She said she never got an invoice so I'm guessing she hasn't paid yet, just hasn't heard back from the company since she confirmed the order!

Maybe the new year holiday gave them too much works recently. I think you could wait a couple of days more, while bear in mind about your time range which you could do the dispute(paypal is 45 days) if you already make the payment.
