Yikes. I see so many possiblities. I think you have made some great choices. I had two wondeful tools that I used and one was a peep hole that goes into doors. You use it in reverse to see all the colors mixed together. The other was a red plastic film that you looked thru to easily distingush light and dark values. These are cheap and maybe Berdella will know what I am talking about. Hey also the International Quilt Festival is here in Houston..You and Berdella are welcome to come stay for free. Just a thought. Oh, so that's what batik looks like. I don't have many clothes, but I do have this blouse that is one of my favorites and I have had several people come up to me and say that it looks like a batik. I just smile and say, "Oh, thank you." Now I know.

I can see the writing on the wall . . . addiction.
