Writing prompt for today: Coffee. The one addiction I’m absolutely not willing to give up. I tried quitting for about a month a few years ago but felt like I couldn’t function. I am really seeing how similar my food addiction is to my internet addiction. And how similar the solution to both of them is. If I was addicted to alcohol or something I could live without it would be easier - just stop and be done. I quit cigarettes and after I quit there was no going back.
