I did not sleep at all well last night. Got up in the night and sat in the living room looking at my phone - reading, youtubes and facebook stuff. I get disgusted with myself when I waste so much time on that. I went back to bed a couple times but then just lay there with my eyes open so I went back to the living room again...

Occasionally when I have trouble falling asleep I take a melatonin and it always works.
