Took a day off yesterday. We walked the dogs over to the lake in the morning. Went in the back patch of woods that is between the lake and the creek. Haven't been there for a while. I ended up, for now, just getting out an old pair of shoes that I think will work. Need to clean them up and give them a polish.

One thing i love about your journal is that you revisit a lot of the same places (or, i assume they are) in different times of the year, different weather conditions, and then also with different camera lenses... it's such a great way to exhibit a place. I almost feel i know your neck of the woods better than most places i've actually been in real life because i get to see so many versions of it. Thank for you sharing.

You and a couple other people on my friend's list travel and have such interesting stories about the places you visit. But all I have is THIS! So I like to look at it with different lenses at least. I'm glad you enjoy seeing it!

hope one of the dresses works and you can find comfy shoes. if they can make sandals with nice comfy arch supports and available in wide sizes, why cant they make dress flats that way!

They probably do make something, SOMEwhere but they are expensive! For something I’ll probably wear only once a year, if that, I find it hard to pay.
