I've been burning an apple pie, cinnamon and vanilla candle the last few days. It makes my nose run and eyes itch a bit but I don't care. I love smelling it anyway. Just for a few hours in the afternoon

Your 'towers of turtles' look very festive. I do think that yarn is great with the variety of colors in each skein.
