It's nice to know that someone else is fatalistic, lol.

But really, it's just being realistic. I feel sad when I lose my pictures too. And I save my facebook photos as zip files. But for who, really? Does anyone want piles of pictures of the food I ate while alive? The truth is someone will wipe my computer and sell it after anything of value has been extracted.

Lately my word/phrase is "letting go". I think of it a lot. I think too about how short our time in this life is, and how little I matter (in the bigger picture). All I can do is try to matter in the little ways, or matter to myself.
