Woke up with a cluster headache. I don't know what they are for sure but I call them cluster headaches cause from what I've read on the internet that seems to fit the description. Huge pain in my eyeballs. Like a stabbing. Sometimes one eye, sometimes both. Today both. The headaches come in clusters of a few at a time and then none for months again

and just a tad wishing i was like that

at the moment my journal is full of spatter and nail polish
the forms i cam do and the color - and the texture with nail polish fascinates me

and i'm reading
and thinking 'OOO it would be interesting to know more about that"

Spatter and nail polish!? Sounds fascinating! How do you do that?

i use a watercolor paper sketch book for my journal -Canson - very heavy
i just like to mess around with color and line

spatter is totally easy - load up a brush with watercolor paint and flip

then the fun begins
rub two pages together
spread the paint with fingers - or tissue - or cotton ball
run your fingernails through the paint
any or all of that

nail polish is sorta like oil paint
the older the thicker
comes in all sorts of colors
just blob it on
thick or thin
drag the brush - see what happens
paint one on top of another

take markers or sharpies - thick or thin
write words

i tend to work late at night and paint my mood
i only paint for me
