8 What will you miss the most when the world finally runs out of petroleum?Hopefully nothing. I will not miss polyester yarn or polyester clothes. We're waiting for a four wheel drive electric car or truck to come along and when it gets old enough so that we can afford a used one we will get it. Though they make plastic from petroleum

It will be easier to cut down screen time when spring comes I hope as I would also like to be on the computer less too.

That's true. Another couple months and it will be spring here, even quicker than that for you!

I wonder if there would be enough wood to replace all the plastic?

I might quit lj at some time, too. I am mainly on lj, anyway. I almost did it last winter/spring, because of my eyesight. I really would miss you if you disappeared, though! Maybe of you quit, I would too :P

Yeah, I think the world would miss plastic more than they would using the oil for fuel. I have hope that solar and wind get used more and more to fuel our world.

LJ is my favorite website. I visit it more than any other. I probably won't be leaving for a while yet :-)

Yes, I think we would miss our plastic bags and wraps etc. I have hope for solar and other types of renewable technology, too. People have taken them up enthusiastically in my country. But we do get a lot of sun :P
