I understand you really don't "feel" anything with the CBD but you might notice a lack of the symptoms you had before. I'll give it a try anyway...

I hope your lunch with Jules on Friday becomes a regular thing. We really don't see as much of our kids as we would like, do we?

Hmm...so, this mall walking is a thing? I can see that it has some advantages. I would like how things change every day.

Never tried CBD oil. It will be interesting to see how you go on it.

We had a good lunch and a good talk. This will be a way to get caught up on things, at least weekly. I enjoyed myself.

The mall walking would be a good option if it as raining, or bitter cold, or very hot! Though I would prefer to be out in the woods in nature to get my exercise I'm thinking now this could be a second choice.

I don't sleep well at night so if it can help me to stay asleep all night that would be a bonus.

I can imagine that mall walking would be good when it is very cold. Like you, I would prefer out in Nature, but a mall comes in second.

Hmm...it will be interesting to see if the oil helps any with your sleep.

Yes, I'm hoping it can be a weekly thing. He gets off work at 11 on Fridays so I think we have an ideal day there!

Yes, I hope she can make a full recovery. The doctors are warning that she might have heart problems now. I hope they are wrong.

I'm not into gym exercises, walking is my favorite so maybe this will help in bad weather. Hoping!
