Well, I've finally got the commissioned pendant design worked out. It is totally different from the design that the customer originally wanted. The thing that turned me off originally from this job was that she wanted something like another pendant by another person. I dislike it, and refuse to copy other people. Why slum mode? Cause you don’t go out to a “job” any more?

Yes, probably and when I do go out, I don't change my standard wear-at-home clothes which is a pair of sweatpants and some sort of pullover shirt with a muffler wrapped around my neck... Once spring & summer hits, I'm more likely to wear clothes that show some skin.
I am teaching on Fridays and I DID "dress up" last Friday so at least I still know how to get cleaned up!

I don’t like all this worry about trying to read someone’s mind when I get a commission. Thank goodness we got it worked out!
