I wish I could! It is so damp and mucky around here anymore. The creeks are high and muddy.

Too bad about finding the feathers. That always makes me sad to see too. I guess the carnivores have to eat though.

That sumac created a good pattern!

Is that a python? It probably did now where it was going. It would be able to hide in cracks in the rocks, and there was probably a lot of food for it in the creek.

Although Sunshine does not provide a good view, at least it is less far to fall from here - that's if you fall at all!

Nice pic of the turkeys. Reminds me of our's which are not turkeys, but megapods.

American black snakes are constrictors. So maybe that is like a python?

I had never heard of a megapod before so I looked it up. They do look very much like our turkeys.

Ah, ha. Not such a scary snake, then. Although it LOOKS scary.

Our turkeys do look like turkeys. Even though they're macropods. Our other macropods don't look like turkeys. Mine even honk like a turkey. Maybe they occupy the same niche?
