Biked to Oil City today with Candy. The last time we biked this trail I was in the midst of radiation in June and we only went a short way and I didn't have the energy to continue - turned back after about a mile and a half. It was good to see today that life goes on and does get better. Every summer we like to make the rounds of all the bike

Oh my goodness, I do so envy you your wonderful bike trails! Just thought I'd mention that. Again, lol...

We are fortunate here. Lots of people drive the 90 miles to come up from Pittsburgh to ride them. I don't know that I would want to do that but I guess it's worth it to them to get out of the city.
