I forgot to post the results of the drain issue.  After many failed attempts, they were eventually able to clear it out, so we're back up and running (or pooping, if you will).  However, the camera did find the line to be in very poor shape, so we will have to have it dug up and replaced, probably within the next 2 years.  At least that gives us
