I just completed a new portfolio site. In. Four. Hours. Four hours from conception to completion. And I had to finish/prep about half of the files. Box sizes are tied to window size, font sizes aren't. The result is weird.

You probably want to design/prototype sites in DW and get someone who understands the underlying language to code the production version. You+DW miss important things that can only be controlled at the level of HTML+CSS.
You should shrink the logo down and make a favicon.ico.
Putting that email address on the web is going to get you an extra dozen or so spams a day soon after GoogleBot finds you. Welcome to the internet.

Not that it especially makes sense here, but CSS allows you to attach things (like your box array) to the right side of the window just as easily as to the left.
To make a favicon, make a version of the logo that looks reasonable at 32x32 and at 16x16 pixels, then either convince Photoshop to save them into a single .ico file or save them as PNG and give them to me to mangle.
In general, if you want to prototype a site in DW and then hand it off to me to clean up, I'd enjoy the practice.
