Pasta Alfredo with Broccoli Rabe

For oddprofessor and anyone else who wants it, here's the broccoli rabe alfredo recipe I mentioned over in willendorf5761's CSA post. It's from The $50 Dinner Party, and it really is astonishingly simple:

I agree. Nutmeg is like ginger, in that it takes on a whole new identity in savory contexts vs. sweet.
