I'm sorry I didn't get to see you this break. Now I really wish I had gone to Pooja's, but my parents were making a lot of sense at the time. Hope moving back in goes smoothly and you get to see your boy soon!

I found out last night from my dad that other airlines have to honor the tickets of a bankrupt airline. Not sure how that works, or if it's too late to help you, but they're only allowed to charge $50 more.

From what Independence told me other airlines can do an emergency reservation and charge an additional 50 dollars. I'm pretty sure that was bogus though, it makes more sense the way you're stating it. Unfortunately there just aren't any other airlines that do a direct flight from Dulles to Huntsville (best I could find were two connections) so I decided to be on their last flight out on Thursday.
