This sounds perfect. Don't delay in calling them. That place will go fast.

I used to live in Newmarket from my grades 5 to 8 years.

Yep, I've emailed them and they got back to me.. now all I have to do is call.
What's your opinion on Newmarket? Good experiences? Bad experiences?

It's hard to say since I was so young. I went to two different grade schools there, Prince Charles P.S. and Armitage Village P.S. (which I was of the first set of kids to attend this new school) and although my teachers treated me better in grades 7 and 8, both sets of kids were snobby, even though the 1st school had a lot of poor kids and the 2nd school had all the rich kids in the new housing subdivisions.

I think the town has a nice mixture of new and old, rich and poor, though, from what I can remember.
