You have a hole in the floor that injects warm air in winter, and cold air in the summer into the room. There is a decent sized window with a VIEW !!!! you can see the backyard !!! with the amazingly warm inground pool with a deep end (discount offered if you can provide us with a slide)beyond that backyard is a school, with 6.3 acres of grass, 2 parks, basketball nets, baseball diamond, track and soccer field. Back inside the house, for hygene there is a nice shared bathroom, fully equiped with heat lamp and 3 foot deep 4 jet jaquzzi tub, single sink, bright lights, powerful flush toilet "wink wink". Brand new 200$ shower head. Kitchen. . .. you can use anything in there . .. deepfryer, breadmaker, microwave, pots, dishes, toaster, kettle, magic bullet, toaster oven, if your cool enough i'll even let you use our can opener !!!! Our living room is way too big !!!! if you have furniture and want your own living room im not too adverse to splitting my living rom in half, were not here often on weekends. Just in case you get bored inside the house there is always a front lawn to hang out on, or go to the back yard. You are more than welcome to invite people over and party the ODD time we do it the ODD time as well. if you smoke !!!! let whoever you see know cuz we will join you OUTSIDE !!!!!!! if you have a cat bring it with . . no questions asked ! ! if you have other pets we need to talk about that first !!!!
