That's awesome! He must be a trustworthy person and friendly. That's all I ever ask for in a car dealer- honest, respectful, and friendly. I would go back to my last guy in a heartbeat even though he's a few hours away now. We have questionable credit still and told him that right up front- he was like "Look, whatever- I can get you financed and I don't want you to worry about that. You find what you love and let ME worry about that."

And he did and we drove away a day later in our new car. He never treated us differently because we needed special financing or anything- he treated us like we were buying a Jag when we were buying a Kia. It was no surprise to me that he was the dealership's top salesman.

Jimmy said that one of the hardest things to do is talk someone down from the car they want, to a car that they can afford. Without making them feel lousy. He also said, "Seventy percent of sales, is listening."

Yes, he's good at what he does.
