Many of my friends, I presume, read Momus's Live Journal, and have already seen these photos, but for those of you who do not.....This really had an impact on me.  I try to remain unbiased, as I feel the Israeli/Palestinian conflict is so deeply rooted at this point, that it is hard to completely side with one group, or the other (the Israelis or ( Read more... )

And what happens when the borders of Gaza are opened up? Firstly what happens to the aid sent in? Most of it is confiscated by the corrupt regime hammas, and before them the Palestinian Association which is really just a nice name for the P.L.O. Also the minute borders are opened thousands of rockets and missiles from Iran begin their (now easier) journey into Gaza. From which they will be shot at Israeli towns such as Ashkelon and Sderot(who by the way over the past 10 years have been hit almost daily by rockets from Gaza. Why don't we hear anything in the media about that ( ... )

As I mentioned in my entry...I try to remain unbiased....and I do understand that this issue, is huge, and deep, on both sides. I feel for those on both side of the conflict. I do not understand how they can travel, live and work back and forth freely between the Palestinian territory, ( ... )

Too all, if you and your children were forced to live in poverty for 50 years would you fight your oppressor? Never again should mean NEVER AGAIN not for some but all in the human family . The abused seem to have become the abuser in this case. How much land do you need? I have watched this for 40 years and the beat goes on. What a tragedy.

I see where you are coming from. The Jews are doing to the Palestinians what was done to them during the Holocaust.

How on earth is this justified? Should we now call the West Bank and Gaza concentration camps?
