The vet is coming tomorrow between noon and 2pm to see Rico. And assess. And probably put him to sleep

He IS still a beautiful boy. I am so sorry that he is so ill. It could be feline diabetes...but it could also be renal failure. I hope the vet can fix him up...but if not, I pray for you all. It is so darn hard to see one of our critter kids failing. As I write this, my Stewie is at my side, purring noisily and wrapping his paws around my arm as I am trying to type. He's almost three. It seems like time is passing so fast. Their lives are so precious--and far too short.

He has colon cancer; we've known about this for a year now. :( Still doesn't make the inevitable easier.
