Raising some funds (if not the roof)

I have only just noticed you had me friended, but I did not have you friended. How odd.

Hrm. No way no how I could get an original work done by that deadline, but I suspect there's something in the Gilman recipe box that might find its way over there...

Thank you for the link. While I don't have a lot of money, I do have *tons* of recipes that I am happy to contribute.

posted this to my LJ
and contacted a few friends....
i plan on donating some recipes.

as to auto immune issues... some, but not all, seem to be helped by raising your intake of good oils. (flax, fish, etc. some say coconut also) and reynauds responds well to high doses of B vitamins.

not a cure, but lessens the symptoms

Hi, and thanks! And looking forward to the recipes. But don't forget to buy the recipe book when it comes out -- that's where we really need people. :)

Thanks for the advice; been doing all of that for years. I have a book out on lupus, so I have a great deal of medical research under my belt, including what the medical community used to refer to as "non-medical" treatment (and thank goodness is no longer thinking that way), such as diet and nutrition.
