£400ish? What're the utility bills like? £110 pounds per person per month had better be buying a lot of stuff(tm). Or are you including things like milk, vegetables and other food?

The reason I ask is that Kadath's bills (excluding t'internet and council tax) work out at ~£50 per person per month. And no, it's not that cold, just damned wet.

If you really can't find somewhere, me and Chris will be looking for a house-mate about early september - small double/large single - on Mere way (5 mins from you now). I'm guessing it'll be about 370-400 total but numbers are a little uncertain. Anyway, if the worst comes to the worst and you can't find someone then let me know.
