The State of Oblivion

Thanks to affairs far too complicated to go into I am urgently needing another housemate or slightly less urgently needing a place to live. Ideally I'd like to remain in Oblivion, which would require a third person (the second is the delightful fhtagn, unfortunately we don't want to try affording the place as a two). £400ish? What're the utility bills like? £110 pounds per person per month had better be buying a lot of stuff(tm). Or are you including things like milk, vegetables and other food?

The reason I ask is that Kadath's bills (excluding t'internet and council tax) work out at ~£50 per person per month. And no, it's not that cold, just damned wet.

At the risk of showing grusome financial details over the interwebs:

Rent: £875/month
Council Tax: ~£125/month
Internet: £21/month
Electricity: ~£100/quarter
Gas: ~£120/quarter
Water: ~£300/year
TV license: ~£130/year
Phone: Not sure, about £30/quarter I think

gas may be a wee bit high as these were compiled over winter.

Council tax is on crack. It has very little relation to the actual house, given it's based on house prices in 1991 or something daft like that, and the general niceness of locations / maintenance status of houses has changed considerably since then.
