Yesterday was Sophie's 10th birthday. The link below shows a cute photo of each of my "babies." Sophie is posing like a ballerina and looking beautiful. I am amazed at how lovely she is on a daily basis. I am proud to be her mama and feel lucky to have this intelligent, funny, happy girl in my life. Leave a comment

And yes Edie..where did the time go? I can't believe our girls are 10!

She is absolutely beautiful.. What did she do for the day? I love hr dress..sighs.. boy are you in trouble.. ;-)

We went to the Renaissance Fair and Sophie invited her BFF Becky. We are going to have a birthday party for he when school starts. Many of her good friends are on vacation now. That is one of the troubles with an August birthday.

The dress was a gift from Granny about two years ago. For some reason, my MIL always buys clothes for Sophie that are several sizes too large.

Truly Edie is beyond beautiful..what gorgeous facial bones..and those lovely eyes..

I'm not sure yet what we're doing party wise, family and concert only or if I'll try to do a kids party after school starts as well..

ahhh, she is so pretty! What a wonder, ten years old already!!
I love, love gavin's hair. It makes him look so old :)

The hair is entirely Gavin's doing. He has refused all haircuts for about a year. He has allowed me to cut the back off to prevent anything resembling a mullet as it grows out. We are probably going to cut some long layers this week to keep it a little neater but he wants it to be long and that is fine with me. My Gavin is a cool little dude.
