Today is Day 1 of the South Beach Diet Phase I. Already had breakfast, planned out the rest of the day.
Breakfast
1/2 cup egg whites
2 tbs diced red and green bell pepper
1 Shiitake mushroom, diced
1/2 wedge of Light Laughing Cow Original Swiss
