The elevator dinged and he just stared. Wait a second. Jurassic Park? Who the hell would think about doing something like that? The Jurassic was millions and millions of years ago. Why would you want a park based on that, unless there were various android dinosaurs wandering around or something? Not that he'd put it past people to develop stuff like that. He shook his head, venturing towards the gates and looking over just in time to see Jump ( ... )

He turned his head slightly toward the newcomer- without taking his eyes off the strange creature- and asked, “Oi oi, what do you mean ‘seriously realistic’? It looks like it has a serious desire to eat something and realistically that would mean us.”

For a panicked moment Iris wasn't able to do or think anything. Dinosaur pretty much summed up his thought process. A sort of high-pitched squeak escaped the silver-haired man as the dinosaur approached--but then it Rrrrrr-ed at him and something in the noise was... Familiar. Sort of. Almost like words if he didn't concentrate too much on it ( ... )

"Jesus christ why did I come here," McQueen muttered to himself pulling the burs from his hair and clothes. "There are dinosaurs, they said. Go see the dinosaurs, they said, you'll escape the fucking space invaders. I think I'll go see the dinorsaurs, I said."
The hurricane had torn up most of the paths and walkways. And not matter how many signs there were telling him to keep out, he couldn't bring himself to resist jumping the fence. Which he didn't actually have to jump since it had fallen down as soon as he tried to lift himself up on it.
"Walked for I don't know how long and still haven't seen a single fucking dinosaur. Argh!" he said pulling the last bur from his hair, "I FUCKING HATE THE WOODS!"

There was a weird sense of deja-vu, but Scales discarded that, at least for now. This crazy jungle place also gave him serious deja-vu, and for some reason faces came to mind, mostly terrified human ones. Shaking his head and glancing at the jungle at large, he rubbed his claws together and took off at a sprint. He found his body worked easily for these kinds of things, jumping over an errand piece of fence or a tree, and in some cases, grabbing and swinging into a low-hanging branch. There was something relaxing about the run and jump and swing and climb. He felt like he didn't break stride in miles, but to be honest, he had no idea exactly how far in he was.

Whatever it sensed clearly satisfied the dinosaur who stalked carefully forward, dropping its head close to the ground as it approached. "Rrrr?" it grumbled quietly -- an inquisitive noise -- before tapping the lizardman once on the top of his head with the tip of its snout.

And the giant lizards weren't helping matters either. Dinosaurs, she remembered, they were called. But, something was different from the faded images she faintly recalled and the lizards that gnashed at her through the gates.
There was no love lost for those that were shot or burned. Had they not looked at her like some afternoon snack, they'd still be alive and unscathed. She kept worrying that one of them would actually break through the fence...

It was perched on a large rocky outcrop that jutted straight out of the ground at the edge of a large, rolling field. In the distance was a pack of small chicken-like dinosaurs who were roaming here and there, searching for food. The creature watched them with mild interest for a while before settling down onto its haunches and, dropping its head to the ground, decided to bask out in the open sun until something caught its interest again.

She could see the larger dinosaurs in the distance, picking at trees. Packs of smaller ones, like the ones that kept trying to take her to dinner, were running around in the distance. From where she stood, she counted the smaller ones, counting off how many rounds she had left with her; how many she could fire before having to char them.
