"Good morning. You should be experiencing a loss of feeling in your extremities, and it is most likely very difficult for you to move at all; all part of the process, I can assure you."
She had started moving closer to him as she spoke, and now she rounded the bed so he could see her.
"Now then. Shall we do the polite thing? My name is Romana."
She smiled at him, encouragingly. As if there was nothing at all odd about this setup, and the fact that he was trussed up and lying on a table.

He tried to speak, but the sound was garbled - the drugs again. A distant, coolly rational part of him hoped she had the knowledge to calculate dosages correctly. Suffocating or choking on his own saliva while fully concious was not a pleasant thought. He swallowed once, carefully, clearing his mouth to make speaking easier, and tried again. "You abducted me." The words were still slurred slightly, but the venom in them was clear as he glared up at her.

No. He wasn't going to let himself be bound by a past he couldn't remember. He struggled harder against the bonds while Romana's back was turned, but to no avail. When she turned around again, the scalpel clear in her hand, the full weight of how little control he had over the situation came crashing down on him with a wave of fear. He tried harder to move, eyes wide. "Let me go!"

She grabbed a handful of his hair. "Do be a dear and stop moving? At this rate I shall be forced to either give you another dose, or restrain your head. And I did so want you to be conscious. It makes the data so much easier to collect that way."
After all, she was trying to cut into his eye. It wouldn't do at all if she managed to damage something in a permanent way.
