Chivalry was in the midst of visiting various merchants; checking to see what wares they had that catered to his needs. Two full bags of groceries were held in his arms as he went from stall to stall; always pausing when something of interest caught his eye.

"Ohhh...How much for that frying pan?" A bit of haggling was made and money exchanged. Soon Chivalry was the proud owner of a new pan and continuing on his path.

Wisps of smoke trailed behind him, until he halted; his eye caught a glimpse of someone sneaking behind a merchant's tent. For a moment Chivalry stood there and watched with an arched brow.

"St--" Words cut short when a head peeked out, giving him a better view of a beautiful woman. "STUNNING!~ ♥" How a he managed to wiggle with groceries and a frying pan in hand, is a mystery that none would solve. No doubt his antics were quite easy to spot from the woman's vicinity.

Rauxes wasn't drop-dead gorgeous, but that was hardly enough to stop Chivalry's rose-tinted glasses. She was walking her route one last time; she hadn't heard any of the voices yesterday, but knew that was no reason to think they wouldn't return after a day. They'd plagued her for 5 days straight, after all.

She was particularly careful in the Bazaar, knowing how easy it would be to hide in plain sight among so many people. As Chivalry approached Rauxes, she jumped back a little in preparation.

She evened her tone and lowered her hands to her side. "Do I know you, stranger?"

"No.~" Chivalry somehow found a way to sing-song that one word. "But I'd be happy to introduce myself, madam." he gave her a happy smile, his arms adjusted the bags, but that didn't deter the odd wiggly movements his legs were still exhibiting.

"I'm Chivalry and what may your name be, sweet mellorine~?" The blond had recently gotten into various forms of desserts, hence the name.

"Greetings, Chivalry. I'm Rauxes." She stared at him, intensely curious, for a long minute. Eventually deciding he was a charmer, she let her guard down for an instant.

No - this could be a trap. The way he moved was certainly strange, after all.

"Do you have business with me, then, Mr. Chivalry?" For the moment she put aside her interest in the word 'mellorine' for the sake of ascertaining his motives.

Tian had been in similar trouble as Rauxes; but instead of laughter, he had been feeling rather paranoid as he was constantly followed by someone and harassed with some kind of high-pitched whistle. Now that it was finally over, the dragon was more pleased about the fact that he could drink tea again than his cause of paranoia finally being over. (But those long ears were quite relieved to be freed from that whistle.)

Today, he was walking from the Hall of Beginnings towards the market, in order to grab a cup of tea before going home. Noticing something white flowing in the corner of his eye, he turned to see a pale woman with long white hair. Intrigued, the dragon studied her for a moment with those dual-colored eyes. Not a dragon, but her coloring was very pleasing to the dragon - and so was the woman herself.

Thoughtful, he crossed the road to get closer.

It was also Rauxes' first day without hearing the laughter, but that didn't make her any less on-edge. The laughter always came and went, so she wondered if her stalker had been 'playing' for the most all that time, and now was preparing to actually strike. It was the Bazaar, so it wasn't exactly easy to hear anything let alone the possibly-there/possibly-absent sound of laughter.

As she stood still and let the environment flow around her, she did catch the sound of footsteps coming towards her. Turning to the sound, her gaze quickly found the pale man approaching her - white hair, though from this side she couldn't tell if he had a braid or not. She took note of his red eyes and yellow irises, but it didn't occur to her to treat him any differently for it.

She smiled, hoping he was indeed 'Tian,' though she didn't want to mispronounce it. "Greetings, stranger. Do I have a new face to go with familiar writing?"

Her kind greeting had Tian raising a perfect brow for a moment, not quite expecting it. Up close like this, the woman really was attractive and the flow of her hair was exquisite. Combined with her polite speech, the dragon's icy exterior melted a little and he offered her a curt nod.

"That is possible. May I have your name?"

"I'm Rauxes," she replied with a smile, not over-emphasizing her name too much. If this was indeed Tian, she thought him an intelligent and proud man. Normally she would have cared less about offending someone like him - but given the events surrounding her accidental writing, specifically his coaching, she was hoping to find an ally.

"If I'm not mistaken... are you the one who promised to speak your name for me?" It was a kind of playful, information-seeking tone. He'd reminded her greatly of someone she'd known, but now that she'd met him in person the familiarity was even stronger.

[[OOC: Rawks-us or Rocks-us is how her name is pronounced, making it pretty similar to the Kingdom Heart character Roxas's name. The character he reminds her of was called 'Cedric Whitefire.' ]]

Flame sometimes wondered if she'd ever get tired of just walking around the Sphere, studying the people and shops with the same cheerful curiosity that she faced most things these days. It had been a few months already but she still managed to find something new or interesting every time she went out.

She turned the corner and saw someone ahead of her, in the familiar clothing of a newborn, someone with long white hair who was walking fast. There had been a few people born recently, but she wasn't sure who this was - perhaps she hadn't spoken to them yet.

She broke into a small jog in an attempt to catch up to the newcomer. Journals were nice enough, but it was always better to make acquaintance in person, in her opinion.

As Flame approached, Rauxes listened closer to the sound of the laughter. She - and her supposed stalker - had been traveling in one direction, but Flame walked from a different direction towards Flame. Rauxes then thought of how perhaps magic could be involved to misdirect her, but upon looking at Flame more closely... Rauxes wondered if she knew this woman - not from Edensphere, but from her lost memories. Tall, blond, a pleasant expression, active enough to choose to jog than walk towards her. Thus, Rauxes didn't see Flame a threat, but a look flashed in her eyes like she'd considered it.

"Greetings, stranger. I don't suppose you saw anyone lurking about on your way here, did you?"

Flame blinked. Had she interrupted this woman's search for someone? She hadn't noticed anyone out and about, but she glanced around anyway out of habit.

"I haven't seen anyone, no. Are you looking for someone? I'm Flame, by the way." She smiled. "You don't have to call me stranger. Mostly we're friends here."

Rauxes practically snorted in derision. "All friends here, you say? I beg to differ. Mere days after awakening here, I've offended plenty and made the rest think me an idiot."

She slowed to a halt and regarded Flame again, realizing this woman clearly didn't know what had happened. "I'm not seeking someone specific, but someone all the same, Miss Flame. Can't you hear the laughter?"

It was evening, and not yet dark. Juhani was on the Stuff Inc. island, bundled up against the chill.

It was not now as cold as it had been before the elevator had taken her, but she knew a hint when she saw one. It was too cold to spend comfortable nights outside; in the depths of winter it would be too cold to sleep outside without becoming sick from it. She had come to this island in the hopes of finding furnishings she liked. The apartment in Section Three was all but barren.

Perhaps a fainting-couch, or a daybed. She was contemplating examples of each when she sensed someone's approach.

Rauxes had lost the voices for a few paces now and was clearly looking around while she listened for them again. It wasn't until she faced forward again that she noticed a woman staring at her. She didn't react at all to Juhani's strange appearance - she wondered if Juhani was half-orc, but that was all.

"Greetings, stranger. I'd not realized anyone else visited this island - I've been by a few times and seen not a soul."

She was still on her guard, though - she knew there was still the chance this person was connected to the strange laughter that had been following her. The woman's body language didn't look hostile, but Rauxes decided to wait for a verbal gauge to be sure.

It was a woman who seemed decidedly agitated. Juhani regarded her steadily until she was seen.

"Greetings to you as well," she said cautiously. "This is not among the most populous of islands, no. I was passing through and chose to pause."

She hesitated for a moment, not moving. "Are you well?"

"I'm being pursued - can't you hear it?" She cast her eyes left and right. "Or might you be my pursuer?"

Rauxes stared at the woman, trying very hard now to ascertain her mood. She blinked a few times, and watched Juhani's body language again. Finally, Rauxes relaxed again.

"No..." She held that word out in a sigh. "You're not out for a fight, are you stranger? I don't sense that from you." Rauxes sounded extremely sure of that.

Handmaiden came around the lake, looking over the area thoughtfully. This would be a good place... yes. It was isolated enough that it was not obvious, yet not so much that something hidden here would never be discovered. That was just what she wanted. It still remained to assemble things and to tell Stoneface of the others what she intended--

She stopped.

A young woman with entirely white skin and hair was on the island now, the gait almost--but not entirely--like that of Seren's. Handmaiden drew in a breath and then began walking towards her swiftly. The face... yes, the face was the same. But she was not clothed as a newborn, and Handmaiden had not seen any journal entries by Seren. "You!" she called out as she approached. "May I ask your name?"

The sharp voice caught Rauxes off guard and she skidded to a halt, arms out to the side not only to maintain her balance, but as a knee-jerk reaction. She wondered if it was a preparatory pose, like she was guarding against something. But that would be for later - right now there was a woman in front of her who - aside from the red eyes - looked similar to herself in terms of coloration. That was odd, but odder still was the demand for her name.

"Who wants to know?"

She showed no sign of recognition. Handmaiden's heart sank... but... no, there was something different about her. The face was the same, yes. But the instant shift into that stance and the stance itself was not something she had seen Seren use, and the defensive response was unlike the woman Handmaiden had known.

A younger sister? The thought came suddenly and quite logically. Her own sisters had shared identical features, after all. And there were other siblings in the Sphere. "There is no need to be on your guard," she said, in a softer voice. "I am called Handmaiden."

The recognition and thoughtfulness in Handmaiden was lost on Rauxes for the moment. "Handmaiden?" She repeated. The fear and concern left her, her stance relaxing.

"I'm sorry - I've been pursued these past few days, and I thought they'd finally stood before me..." She sounded frustrated, not relieved. She placed a hand to her chest. "I'm Rauxes - the one who..." She bit her lip. "Drew so much attention." She spoke the words intently, wryly.
