00 held a small box of detergent in her hands. She had been informed that despite the sometimes messy nature of Housekeeping work, cleanliness was a necessity at all times, and arriving at work with stained clothes was unacceptable. As some of her garments had been heavily marked or spotted with bleach, extra measures were necessary.

She moved through the Bazaar without a glance at anyone, aware of their presence but not needing to interact with them. It was also cold, and though she had on a coat and hat she wished to return to somewhere indoors soon.

But she paused when she saw the... creature staring up into the sky. It was quite plainly not human. It resembled a large cat on two legs... 00 stared at it, wondering what it was.

Shoanji was silent and still for quite some time, though he was not unaware of 00's approach, he was simply ignoring it until he felt compelled to react. Eventually his ear would swivel in her direction, a subtle tail twitch, and he'd turn to watch her with a sharp, unblinking gaze.

"Why does the prey approach?" He rumbled out in a voice that was almost a mix between a purr and a hiss.

Catlike reflexes. 00's facial expression didn't change at the suddenness of his movement or the predatory tone to his voice--she wondered about how literal his question was. Would he attack her and eat her?

Did it matter if that happened? She didn't know. There was no reason to think that it would, if the dead were replaced. So she looked up at him, her expression utterly neutral.

"What are you?" she asked, in a voice near monotone and so quiet it could barely be heard.

Rest assured 00 was not on the menu, Shoanji preferred things he didn't have to kill first. That, and humans probably weren't very tasty anyway. At her question he tilted his head to the side in a curious gesture, but shrugged. Such a question was normal, in a place like this.

"Shoanji is Khajiit."

Lost was passing by, his hands shoved deep into the pockets of the long coat he'd bought some time ago. It seemed like it was an acceptable purchase to make, since the weather tended to be cold more often than not.

The time was late, so not many people were walking around Bazaar Ltd., but Lost was, for reasons of his own. Sometimes the quietness of his house became too much for the older man, and during those times, he decided that the solitude of the outdoors was preferable to that of his residence.

So that was what he was doing walking around the area when he happened to spot an almost familiar face: the cat-like individual he'd spoken with briefly before.

What he was doing out this late, Lost had no idea. But, he decided no harm would come of walking up and talking to him again.

He heard Lost as he approached, though at first didn't respond. Despite the foreboding whispers of late, Shoanji was not afraid of being randomly attacked. Who would want to harm him, after all? He was harmless, as far as most were concerned.

Unless you were a fork maybe.

Eventually he did turn to the man he remembered speaking with, and stealing from, not too long ago. He flashed the man a toothy grin. "Warm greetings."

Lost fought off the urge to laugh as he heard Shoanji's greetings. "The same to you, though I don't think it's warm enough outside for my words to express adequate warmth," he said with a slight smile.

He glanced at Shoanji, noting his fur-covered appearance. "I suppose, however, that you don't notice the cold very much."

"No," Shoanji agreed, turning his gaze back to the blocked sky. "Shoanji does not like the cold either. Shoanji thinks his people are from warm lands, much warmer than this." His tail swished thoughtfully again, then he laughed lightly.

"Not that this one remembers."
