Renae wanted her paintbrush and normal clothing back, but their absence wasn't enough to dampened her mood. She was willing to put up with almost anything as compensation for that. Her PJs were a bright blue, with yellow chocobos all over. Not terribly dignified, but she didn't especially care.

"I'm here!" She ran to catch up with Helios, clutching her satchel and a fat pillow that was supposed to be her own weapon.

"Y'know, it'd be nice if the tree would stop fuckin' with our stuff." Helios commented lightly as she ran up, and waved his own pillow irritably. "Let's go check out the damage." Somehow he doubted that their house had made it out entirely unscathed. If those ants were as vicious as everyone kept saying they were anyway.

Oh well. He shuffled into the elevator with the crowd and made sure a spot was open for Renae.

"Yeah, right. Like that will ever happen. It'll probably just grow boobs again and try to smother you, just for saying that." Renae giggled, heading into the elevator and pressing the button. It was good to finally be able to do that without risk or being greeted by an ant as soon as the good opened.

Helios shuddered at the memory. "Ugh, don't remind me." No he really did not want to be hugged by a well endowed tree again. Ever. The ride wasn't long for them, since their stop was the first level anyway. Helios stepped out and made his way to their small dwelling, not pleased with the devastation that he saw along the branches. Those ants really had done some nasty damage.

"Doesn't look encouraging."
