Summary: The tree's just a bit too dark and depressing for someone who's usually cheerful. As such, Lucy makes a break for it for a bit of a breather.

A change of scene was in order.
The tree was slowly being swallowed in a dark cloud of depression. Lucy couldn't stand it any longer. She'd either do something drastic and cause those close to her to worry, or she could head somewhere that might be more cheerful. Someplace warmer. All those people gone in a matter days; it'd only be natural for someone to start wallowing in despair.
She'd left a note of course. Explaining that she wanted to see Rivelata by herself for a little bit. She'd come back in a couple days, knowing that a certain couple of people would be concerned but hopefully, the change of pace would help with her mood. Anything to feel more like herself and not someone who didn't know what to do.
How does one get to feeling so useless? Lucy thought as she settled herself on the beach. She was obviously going to stick out like a sore thumb in her clothing as her legs curled up against her. She stared out at the rolling waves washing up on the shore, wishing there was someplace like this in the Majestic Oak as she sighed.
If she was supposed to be the happy one, who the hell was gonna cheer her up when she was lost and confused?
