i quite enjoyed this. the way Dean thinks of his blindness, the way they all react to it, actually, seems very realistic. :)

Thank you. I've had some experience of people's reactions to disability (my mother's going blind), so that part at least I felt happy with, but it's definitely good to know it works for readers too.
