It was, Seifer thinks, one of his better ideas. Before now he hasn't had much trouble with Squall talking too much, but things have changed -- he saw that right away when Squall actually seemed to smile back at him for a split second. Squall's the bigshot commander now, which apparently requires a lot of talking. Seifer's used to having to drag every single word from him.
It was a shock to have to figure out a way to shut him up. Kissing works well, though, even if Squall's desk is between them and Squall's dragged awkwardly half across it.
When he pulls back, Squall smirks at him and opens his mouth to say something more. Seifer kisses him again, hard, to stop him saying something smug. And he thinks: I should have done this years ago.
