I bet you have been an 'instant snowman' more than once. Awesome beauty!

I usually am the reclining snowman... deep snow is difficult to navigate and I often lose my feet and have to taste it... Especially on snowshoes... with my overweightness, I have to use huge snowshoes and often trip on them. On skis, I rarely fall but only because it's so difficult to get up again... In a few more years, if I try hard, I might get up to novice level on skis.

I have no problems going on the level or uphill but when my skis are pointed downhill, my arms start flailing without control because again because of the weight, my balance fore and aft has been terrible. but, I'm working on it... the weight, that is...

Peace

I'm glad that you are trying to lose some of your girth.Less carbs more lean protein.
I would love to try snowshoes but I heard it's alot of work.

being a vegetarian is the cause of the weight... incorrect combinations of foods...

to cut carbs means to not eat and most of my protein also is high carb... I eat very little fat but the fat I eat, cheese, is for the protein...

after twenty plus years of no meat, I'd think that I'd find the right combinations but it's difficult finding the right info...

Peace

Oh, how magical looking. Reminds me of the Narnia movie. =)

for about a mile or more, these large trees crowd the trail and when heavily laden with snow makes it feel like a narrow deep white canyon.

long ago, I found that if I reminded myself of something constantly, it would have more of a chance to stay in mind... with my lj posts, and spreading through more of my life in different ways, I include Peace at some point to hopefully spread it into the lives of others... my little way of bringing whorled peas to the masses... in my posts it's more of

may Peace live in your heart
