Living in Japan and being fluent in Japanese has definately placed me in an advantageous state. Everybody, I am writing this in an internet cafe in Sydney, Australia. I love where the Navy takes you, but their jobs are so frustrating. I had signed up for two tours early in the week: one to see Sydney and the other to see the Otback. OK, April 27th was my one year anniversary since I joined the Navy. How about that? Crazy, isn't it? Oh well. I've actually been back in port for about a month now.
