Saioh was mildly startled when the door opened. Then he smiled slightly, thinking, So this is how it feels. He hadn't had someone pull that trick on him since the day he'd first met Yuuko.

"You definitely seem to have acquired my gifts," he said, as he stepped into the room.

Asuka managed a small, polite smile. She was beginning to get an idea of why Saioh had once, from her perspective, wanted to destroy everything. It would be cheaper than buying all the aspirin that she wanted.

"I guess so." She didn't know of anyone else in the compound who had what she'd been manifesting, after all.

She nodded a little. "Thanks." She did hope that this wouldn't last too long, but just in case it did, and while it did, she wanted some peace.
