Summary: Saioh needs a duel disk. Ryou is more than satisfied to lend his.

Saioh was making tea. He believed in being prepared for guests, should they chance to show up, and even if it transpired that they didn't want any, he still liked tea. He was just carrying the tea tray into the living area when he heard the knock.

"Come in," he called, and opened the door with a mental flick.

Ryou only blinked slightly as the door opened and he saw no one there to do it. But then, he reminded himself, Saioh of this time would still have those powers that Edo had described. He stepped inside and glanced around until he saw Saioh.

"The duel disk." He indicated said item in his hands.

"Tea," said Saioh in reply, nodding towards the tea service. "Help yourself."

He strode across the room to accept the proffered disk.

"Thank you," he said. He turned it over in his hands. "Odd that I've worked so long in the dueling world and never really used one of these."

Ryou nodded a bit as he settled down and poured himself a cup of tea. He trusted that the disk would be in good hands. "I don't think you'll have any real problems with it." Duel disks were fairly simple, after all. Of course, he was probably a touch biased, since there had been people (such as Fubuki) who claimed he'd been born with one. Which was ridiculous, of course. Duel disks hadn't been invented when he was born.
