While the princess did indeed disapprove of the way Wufei was handling matters, she wasn't about to point them out. If he had been another person, maybe she would have already, stated facts for what they were and demanded they stop acting foolish and push past their stubbornness and admit their faults. But, this was a person she was still getting to know and she wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt in hopes that he would come clean and open up on his own. For all she knew, he would, for after all, she didn't know him all that well - and he was someone who respected her and treated her like an equal, not some piece of thin glass that would shatter at the tiniest of taps to it's surface. It was only fair that she treated him with the same regards. After all, she had no reason not to, for unlike the others from her world that were here, she'd hadn't met Wufei until his days as a Gundam Pilot were over

If Relena were anyone other than who she was, he would not have even thought of having this conversations with her. But she needed to know; she was the Vice Foreign Minister, and he had failed her in his duties. That failure needed to be acknowledged. She was the only person he felt he owed this to; not even the other pilots who had been involved in some way made him feel the obligation to explain everything that had been said and done in the past several weeks

Relena knew of his partner, Sally Po, but didn't really know her. The woman was a close friend of Noin's and the two had spoken in regards to her after Noin had left with her brother for Mars, and about various issues that pertained to things she was working on that the Preventers were involved in, but nothing beyond that and never about Wufei. There was little she knew of the way they worked with one another other than they were efficient - and only from judging from what she'd read in reports and not what she'd heard out of the mouths of either person
