Jing had been tending C.C. when the knock at the door came. He had found the green-haired girl who'd apparently collapsed while looking for him, and felt quite rightfully worried about her and so put her to rest in the bed. Draping the blanket over her, he went to the door and opened it, regarding the red-haired man of similar age in the threshold.

"So," he said after a moment. "Did you friend Ivan get his necessities?"

He of course only had a hunch this was the right person, but it was pretty strong coincidence if not.

Although, irritating as someone combating him with sarcasm was, it was also refreshing and fun. Ice blue met grey when the door was open. Not what he expected unlike Faye who was exactly what he expected. Taller. That was irritating. He didn't like people who could look down on him, but he didn't show the insecurity at all - keeping his composure as he usually would.

"Heh," there was a slight smirk to the comment. He shifted his weight a little as one hand rested on a hip. "You're Jing, than."

Casually socializing with really anyone who wasn't Blitzkrieg or - if you wanted to make a stretch - Russian made him nervous, so he got down to business. Hiding how much he didn't like how little he knew about everything, and how rather helpless he was.

"That's right," the thief said, standing aside and letting Yuriy room to enter the quiet apartment. With Persephone still missing in action and C.C. asleep in the other room, it was an ideal place to have this sort of discussion, where there wouldn't be too many ears ( ... )

He stepped in when the way was cleared. There was a tone of superiority in his steps without it being over emphasized. Just natural Reflecting what it was that he was. That being a soldier, a fighter ( ... )
