Summary: Yuusei is just a bit perturbed. She's grown increasingly so because of her inability to do anything. Nothing like a walk in the alfresco semi-desolation, right?

After finding her PDA and being able to take it with her, should she need to call someone--for as much as she hated to admit it, the compound was alive with those who were less that cordial without the cuffs in place--Relena ventured out of her apartment for a walk. The air around her was a bit chilly, but having grown up in Northern Europe and felt the cold of space in rooms of ships and stations that weren't heated or insulated, this was nothing in comparison. Still, she donned a light jacket with her PDA in the pocket, and moved over to the fountain once she reached it to peer down at her reflection, curious to see if it was cold enough that the water had started icing over.

It was then that she noticed the other girl there, the one that stood up and looked up at her, smiling in a friendly manner. "Oh, hello."
