Saioh twitched a little, and carefully opened his eyes. He wasn't quite sure how yet, but he appeared to be alive.

"Ye gods," he muttered indistinctly. Then, with a bit more alertness, he added, "Is it really necessary to make so much noise? My head hurts."

Gabumon groaned, and sat up, his head throbbing. "I... Yamato!" Gabumon looked around, and glomped onto his human partner tightly. He was still alive, that meant Yamato was still alive. He hadn't failed his partner, right? "Yamato, are you all right?"

Riza groaned softly. She remembered pushing Atem out of the way...then pain like nothing she had ever felt before. Then Atem's voice yelling at her to wake up and then being shaken. "Damn it...." She muttered as she slowly made it back to her feet and then walking over to Atem.

"That....hurt." She muttered darkly. No, she wasn't pissed at Atem, just at the situation.

Yamato stirred some, groaning. Ouch. That was all he was, from top to toe. He considered just laying down and going back to sleep, but hearing Gabumon's voice made him reconsider. He blinked a few times and started to sit up slowly.

"We're...alive?" That had not been what he was expecting at all.
