Jesse sat outside, tossing a pokeball up and catching it. Whatever this Econtra City was, it was boring. She'd seen few Pokemon, and there was no sign of a local gym leader or Pokemon contest. Even hearing James rattle off about his bottlecap collection would be nice right about now.

While she tried to figure out what this weird town was all about, the Pokedex Jesse had gotten from the Warden beeped. She checked it and found the words "Sor-Enas" with a map. Since she had nothing better to do, Jesse followed the map and found herself soon in front of a door in one of the apartments.

Normally Jesse wasn't above barging in someplace. But this was an unfamiliar place. Who knew what was on the other side of the door? Being the stealthy thief that she was, Jesse cracked the door open and peered inside, hoping she might spot her missing Pokemon.

Zoe was a light sleeper, something that came from living in jail and then Lab 5 for so long. She sat up, hearing the door open and looked over at the blue eye that she could see peeking inside.

"I don't bite...much." She said with a smirk as she motioned for Jesse to come inside. "I guess you're going to be my new roommate."

Jesse pushed the door open the rest of the way and stepped inside, glaring around grumpily. It appeared that the Pokedex had sent her to a room assignment. And even worse was that she would be sharing a room with some stranger. "I don't suppose my Seviper and Dustox are here," she grumbled.

"Seviper and Dustox? Never heard of them. The only creature in this room is me." She said with a shrug. "I'm Lt. Colonel Zoe J Kimblee, the Crimson Alchemist." She said, introducing herself as she picked her book off of the floor.

"You probably won't find them in the compound at all. Knowing the computer, you've just been brought here alone."
